Professionally trained and nurtured in an "old-school" high school business milieu, where rigorous standards were continually stressed, I consistently produced.

There was zero tolerance for typographical errors within my early career setting, involving processing aircraft instrumentation quality control documentation. (After all, planes could crash via errors in numerical figures/procedures!)

Later, as a Document Control Specialist, who wrote procedures for the Document Control Center, concrete words had to match methods and tasks at hand, no exceptions.

Still further on in my career, working on precise lease documents in a corporate commercial real estate environment reinforced that "error-less" mind-set.

Writing and proofing copy for senior community newsletters and then a weekly column for an online, hometown newspaper most recently allowed me an opportunity to both write and edit accurate copy.

I especially enjoy researching and writing about children, elders, family, real estate, and community matters.

Acceptable copy is not enough for me. I personally demand exceptional copy and typically deliver no less.
