My collegiate field of study was History, with a concentration in American History, and I consider History to be not only my strongest subject area, but also my most preferred. However, my interests do not only reside in the past. I am interested in all types of sports and hobbies, ranging from baseball to boardgames. I enjoy cooking, often improvising recipes, as well as dining out at quality restaurants. My wife and I are avid hikers, with a lifetime goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.
