IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly read through this page before contacting us. This page has been broken down into two sections: 1) for clients and 2) for copywriters.

NOTE: We will not respond to copywriter messages sent to this email.

If you are a copywriter, please read this section on how to contact us.

Please do not contact us at the email address below if your message pertains to any of the following:

1) Questions about an assignment you are working on. Please use the internal messaging system which can be found on the 'Messages' tab within an assignment. 

2) Retaking the grammar exam. We will not respond to these inquiries.

3) Available Work. We will not respond to these inquiries.

4) The "This username/password is already in use. Please try another" error message while filling out the 'Get Started' form. This can be corrected by adding a middle initial to the 'First Name' field (e.g. John K).

5) The Registration Verification email. If you have checked your spam folder and still have not received this, your email provider has likely prevented its delivery. Please reapply with an email address from a major email provider like Gmail, Yahoo! or Hotmail.
